Parmesan Crisps
This is so easy you won’t believe it!
Ingredients
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Black Pepper (or cayenne pepper or paprika)
Method
- Heat oven to 180 degrees
- Line a baking tray with baking paper
- Heap small amounts of cheese on the tray leaving space to spread
- Sprinkle with the pepper of your choice
- Bake for about 10mins until melted and lightly browned
- Allow to sit for at la few minutes to harden before removing from tray
Tips
- Keep an eye on them while cooking so they don’t brown too much
